Court Records Burlington County has one Superior Court, one Surrogate's Court, and 39 Municipal Courts. The Superior Court is the primary trial court and oversees the Municipal Courts. The Municipal Courts have limited juvenile jurisdiction and can only handle non-jury trials and cases punishable by up to 6 months of jail time.
